starting to feel the excitement

Tomorrow is the last day of school. Summer has officially begun. I'm really starting to get excited. We have rented a place in South Carolina for 2 weeks. We made the plans last year. I haven't looked at the place in a while. I haven't even really thought about it. It seemed so far away. But NOW.....it's only a few weeks away! We will be staying with my mom and her husband, my brother and his wife and 3 kids and of course my whole family. don't worry; the place is plenty big. It's been a long time since we were all together. My brother lives in Cleveland and my mom 3 hours from me. Needless to say, we do not spend a lot of holidays together; if any. So we have a plan. One day we will all go shopping and buy each other little gifts. We'll

wrap them up and pretend that the next day is Christmas. We'll have a big dinner and possibly even sing a few carols. We also plan on doing an Easter egg hunt.

There's the possibility of St.Patrick's Day and even Hallowe'en. We love the holidays but are always apart. So this summer we are going to try and revive some of the excitement surrounding those days. I gotta say.....It's started already! :) You can bet there will be a ton of pictures!!!!!! I'll be sure to post as many as I can upload on our little computer we bring with us.

Well I should get off to bed. We will all be up early tomorrow for the Principal's Breakfast. Both the boys made the honor roll for the entire year. I am so proud of them. Olivia will get the chance to show her stuff next year. No honor roll for grade 3.  nite everyone!
